This page provides phone numbers and emails to the state agencies, municipalities, and others who can answer questions relating to the Early Intervention Program.

One of the key ways users can receive assistance with the EI Billing site and the fiscal process is by accessing the Customer Service Center. The Center will give users access to information about the EI billing process, forms management, Medicaid documentation, and other items related to the Fiscal Agent. This call center will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
